Do you also have some troubles to make your devices list updated in the tuya IOT platform ?
No, that seems to work fine. I have removed a device and added it again, and every time it appeared straight away.
With TUYA v2 I had all the door sensors and motion sensors, with this official integration everything disappeared, only the switches remain.
There are only 32 sensorsâŚ
All devices are there in the IoT, but they donât pass the sensors to the Home Assistant
Itâs too early to install, I had to go back to TUYA v2
Hello, just completed Tuya V2 integration installation apparently fine (no errors in front-end).
Unfortunately no device shown in Home Assistant.
I have the following error in the logs:

The strange thing is that this is my second integration in another HA instance. First installation gone smoothly. After that, this second installation I made a mistake on country code, and now I continuously get this errorâŚ
Just wanted to add Iâm in the same broken boat:
Tuya login error response: {âcodeâ: 500, âmsgâ: âsystem error, please contact the adminâ, âsuccessâ: False, âtâ: 1634517611680}
Everything looks good in the Tuya IoT console, but Tuya v2 plus the HACS component per these instruction results in the 500 error.
After a week, no devices added.
Now when Iâm trying another time, a new error message appears âYou cannot scan the QR code to add a device deployed in another data centerâ

yep, however I tried all regions possible and none of them worked.
I had previously 3 dimmer switches from Feit that were fully integrated to HA with the Tuya integration . before the Tuya V2 and now they are not published to this version , therefore not working on my HA.
I can see all my devices connected to my Smartlife App , I can even see all the devices on the Tuya developer site, but canât use them on HA.
Solved my issue.
Two problems:
- bug in the Tuya v2 custom component (fixed after I opened a ticket)
- upgrade of my HA to Python3.8 (really mandatory for the component)
Now everything discovered.

Damned I canât figure it out.
I finally make the device list updated in the iot platform.
However, I canât make it works with the tuya integration. I have the integration set but no device is added.
I even tried with tuya V2 but I canât even access to the listed device panel too.
Did I missed something ? Do I have to reset all my homeassistant configuration ?
Try the 2021.11 beta. The Tuya integration is much improved.

Depends how you run Home Assistant.
Is it running in Docker? Is it Home Assistant OS? Is it Home Assistant Supervised?
