I was wondering if anyone know of how tuya outdoor cameras, such as the one in the link, can be integrated with HA using webRTC (i.e. not tuya integ)

There are many of these cameras types and they are relatively cheep.
is there a way to know if its compatible with webRTC before shopping for it?

Just because its cheap does not always make it a worthwhile investment in the long term.
I would just get a reolink, hilook or hikvision, dahua or other camera and pull in the feed via a dedicated NVR instead via onvif.
