After multiple days of research I am stuck …
I have a non brand Wifi Cam and want to start an automation when it detects motion.
Integration with tuya or smartlife integration works fine. Localtuya not (as expected)
Unfortunately the sensor motion detection is not exposed in home assistant.
Since the trigger works in the smartlife app payload is sent.
On iot cloud tuya the datapoint “motion detected” (115) is available.
So, how can I use that as a trigger in home assistant?
Sth like the tuyagateway would be great, but is dicontinued and installation fails.
All the alternatives I have found are also outdated …
Any ideas our pointers??
