Tuya PIRs and Thermometer

Hello,

i was using the Tuya v2 beta version (from HACS) in order to integrate my Tuya WiFi PIRs and thermometers. It was working ok and fast.

After i successfully installed the official Tuya integration I am facing the below issues:

  1. All PIRs was integrated but the status is ‘Detected’ from the first day of the update without any change. The status is not working at all.
  2. Thermometers are not integrated (but it was integrated on beta version)
  3. I have one Tuya camera, which is integrated and i can set various issue like motion detection sensor but i can stream the video…

Anyone who can help me especially with the wifi PIRs. Do i need to enable something in the Tuya API account? Any suggastion?

Agree. The official Tuya hardly works with many devices.

  1. PIRs not updating and many of the entities not coming through
  2. Many temperature devices not recognised
  3. Basic switches have no power usage
  4. Long delays when activating through HA
  5. Devices reverting back to off after activating through HA
    All the above was working through Tuya V2.
