Hi all! First post here and new HA user - trying to find a solution for these temperature and humidity sensors, as I searched online and got nowhere.
They connect just fine and temperature readings work well as well but humidity seems to be stuck ~5%. Got 4 of these and they all behave very similarly (aside from 1% or 2% fluctuations). This leads me to believe that these do work, but I could be missing something in the configuration.
I have tried soft and hard-resetting them (removing the battery for 10+ minutes and from HA then adding them again) without any luck.
I am using the Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus V2 with the Zigbee Home Automation Integration.
When I looked at the logs I didn’t see anything related to these so I just enabled the debugging logs in the ZHA integration. I am going to try and trigger these again. Also, since I posted this I read that it is recommended to use the Zigbee2MQTT instead of the ZHA, so I think I’ll give that a shot. Thoughts?
