I have intention to setup Maria DB as recorder and Influx DB for long term retention. Do I need to automate to old data from Maria DB to influx DB by myself or they can do that. If so, how to make it work?
It can not do that. Only data that occurs after you set up the Influxdb integration will be added to it.
