_TZ3000_qewo8dlz TS0013 not communicating with ZHA

I have been struggling with a 3 gang zigbee light switch _TZ3000_qewo8dlz TS0013 (the particular model I have is MOES ZigBee Smart Wall Light

When I get it connected to ZHA all looks OK until I try to turn one of the lights on. Then I get the following error:

Failed to perform the action light/turn_on. Failed to send request: Failed to deliver packet: <TXStatus.APS_NO_ACK: 167>

I have tried all the advice in previous posts about using ZHA Toolkit and tuya_magic but nothing seems to work.

Does anybody have any idea how to get these switches to work in ZHA?

Not ideal, but I got this working by getting the Moes hub and integrating the hub with HA. While this means I have another hub it works and is good enough for me

Mine working fine, but as an End device, unfortunately.

I use “SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle”
