Sometimes I change passwords (I’m one of the few 
) and also for access to my Unifi controller.
The Ubiquiti Unifi Integration requests upon 1st install username/password. When I change the password of the controller I loses access in HA to my devices in Unifi.
Is there a way how to change the Unifi password in the integration, without removing it and re-install?

Not yet.
the developer says that is something they plan on doing at some point.
as of now the only way is to uninstall/re-install.
Anytime I restart the computer or HA (containers), the password is forgotten and I have to type it in the integration’s configuration again…
