I can reproduce this crash simply by visiting any part of the HA UI that would typically throw up a window.confirm prompt, like so:

I confirmed your observation by exiting the Lovelace raw config view with unsaved changes in the v1.5 app and it did crash.
I tried exiting the Lovelace raw config view with unsaved changes using the v2.0b app and it did not crash.
You are unlikely to get a fix as v2.0 has been submitted to Apple (and rejected once already). Should be out soon or you can download the beta 2.0 version (very stable) via the testflight app. Search for “ios public beta testing” on the forum if interested.
