UI Lovelace Minimalist twice times present

I’ve installed UI Lovelace Minimalist according to the instructions.
Now I have the menu item twice times in the navigation bar and the second menu item show an error:

The first dashboard works fine.

What did I do wrong?

I have the same problem.
Did you find the solution?

Just for the future if somebody faces the same prolem.
The second dashboard disappears if you remove the second checkbox.
