Have just discovered this, following the demise of the UK Transport API. Had a quick play with it this morning and looks good, although I’ve only managed to get two next train sensors setup.
Will have a proper go with it after work.
Thanks for creating it.
Cool - I’ve just made a PR for the docs to update the timing available to once call every 48 minutes for the transport API
I too will happily play with this
Is this still working for everyone? My log shows that the sensor.next_train_from_xxx_to_xxx fails. I looked on GutHub and this was reported back in Feb: sensor.next_train_from_xxx_to_xxx fails · Issue #12 · megakid/ha_realtime_trains_api · GitHub
No, I gave up with it months ago as it’s been abandoned.
Using this now and it’s far better and actively maintained.
Its mysterioiusly started to work, but I have moved to: GitHub - crismc/homeassistant_nationalrailtimes_integration: A custom Home Assistant component to show next available trains to specific stops through the National Rail Darwin SOAP API.
Its also using the National Rail API and includes a custom lovelace card. Its excellent.
Haven’t seen that one before and it looks great, thanks for sharing.
Set it up today and seems to be working. Thanks for sharing.
