Unable to access HA local from Windows 10 network

I want to make 3D floor planning in Home Assistant for which I created floor images and icons. Now I want to copy these files into local HA from PC. But I’m unable to do so.

When I clicked on Network, I saw only “Remote Media Server” icon. I’m unable to access HA.
Also I tried typing HA IP address in with ‘\’ before, still its not working.

Help me if someone know how to add images into local HA…

Are you running Home Assistant OS or supervised?
Did you install and configure the SABMA addon?

Yeah I’ve tried installing Samba Add-on but it is showing ‘unknown error’… It is not getting installed!

Can you paste the error here please?

Also any relevant error information in Supervisor - System - Supervisor Log

error

This is what I’m getting while trying to install SAMBA add-on.
Also I want to change my SD card to bigger one. I tried to create snapshot but its not working. It is also showing the same error!
I checked the logs but there’s nothing related to this problem.
Is there any other way to create snapshot ???

You now have multiple problems.

You cannot install samba, you cannot create snapshots.
I would suggest immediately shutting down the system and cloning the SD card, just in case something is going to get worse

What about in this log?

These are the errors I saw…

Hmm. Nothing relevant there. I see by your other post you have moved to reinstalling anyway.

Yes! But still I need my data from previous SD card. :worried:

I just replied in the other post
