Beginning today, after upgrading to 2022.4.1 and OS 7.6, I noticed that none of my scenes and scripts can be activated via Routines from the Google Home app nor using voice commands to Google. Previously everything was working.
I pay for Nabu Casa and use that to integrate with Google.
All of my scenes and scripts are synced to Google, but when I try to activate any of the scenes/scripts I get the message: Sorry, it looks like the home assistant cloud by nabu casa is unavailable right now.
All other entities and automations work correctly; it is only scenes/scripts that do not work.
I have tried unlinking and then relinking nabu casa with Google Home. I have tried manually syncing entities to Google and performing a “sync devices” in the Google Home app. I tried creating a new scene and a new script as a test. None of these have worked.
A couple differences from what you describe. That said, I had some HA scripts that could be called without issue using Google Assistant ‘run …’ voice command via Nabu Casa integrations. Google rolled out some changes maybe 2 to 3 weeks ago and the HA scripts could not be activated via same voice commands. What I found was that my script ‘words’ contained words that Google seems to have ‘reserved’ for it’s own voice routines. For example one script contained the word ‘goodnight’. Would not run after Googles changes until I removed the word ‘goodnight’ from my google action script execution term.
I should have searched a little longer before posting, I found the problem.
I do not know why, but Nabu Casa was linked with Google Home on both my phone and my wife’s. After unlinking from her phone and resyncing with mine everything is working well again.
