I already have two Aqara P2 Door and Window Sensors connected and working; I have notifications setup for when sensors are opened and they work without issue. I added these several months ago and have finally gotten around to getting a few more. However, when I try to add the additional sensors I get a “Home couldn’t connect to this accessory.” error message. I’ve checked the logs and when I attempt to add the device I’m not seeing anything in either the border router log or matter log. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this?

Just adding… I recently tried to add a couple of Aqara Motion Sensors, and ran into the same problem using iOS HA Companion App. I know Bluetooth was working because the Sensor’s Blue LED starting flashing at the same time the attempt to add it started.
I ended up using the Matter Server w. Bluetooth to do the commissioning.
Can you expand on the Matter Server with Bluetooth? I’m having an absolute nightmare trying to re-add my P2 motion and even P2 door sensors to HAOS using my iPhone. I’ve added them both to the official aqara app and used that matter code to link it to google home, but I absolutely cannot get either of Aqara’s or Google’s matter codes to be accepted in HA as it fails every time AND I can’t even add them as fully reset new devices directly into HA with their original matter codes. It’s the most incredibly frustrating process. What’s worse is I had them working a couple of months ago and then they became unavailable with HA and my attempt to re-add has me in this position.
Roughly: If you have a bluetooth controller that is not being used, then you can configure the Matter Server (AddOn) to use that controller. You then use the Matter Server WebUI to commission a node. You’ll have to get the Thread TLV from your preferred Thread network and load it into the WebUI, as it will use Bluetooth to pass the Thread credentials to the device during commissioning.
