Unable to add / discover Google mini in Home Assistant

Currently on version 0.109.1 of Hass.io
Have the following settings in configuration.yaml.

media_player:
  - platform: cast
    host: 192.168.0.12

I have a google mini configured on my Google Home App and can connect to the same via the Google Home app.

However the above device is not discovered in HA after I restarted the server.
