Unable to Add Insteon Device

Hi guys, new here. I’m trying to get my insteon hub integrated with HA after the insteon debacle on the 15th:

  • It discovered most of my devices automatically, except two

  • One device that it did not automatically recognize (a lamplinc dimmer) I was able to add via the override function and I can control that device from HA

  • HOWEVER, another lamplinc dimmer wasn’t recognized and I haven’t been able to control it. I added the device via the override function but it doesn’t respond to HA

Any ideas on what I can do? I’ve triggered the lamplinc on and off multiple times. I’ve also set the lamplinc into linking mode and then ran the add all link function in the developer tools as a controller. It made the chirping sound, but didn’t do anything else
