Unable to add Matter device in iOS app

Hi all,

First of all I’m quite a newbie with Home assistant (and IoT in general).
I have the Home Assistant OS running on a Raspberry Pi 4, and have installed the Matter integration. However, when I press ‘add Matter device’ in the companion app, I get the message:
“You need to use the home assistant companion app on your mobile phone to commission matter devices”. I’ve looked around and it doesn’t seem like other are experiencing this, so I’m expecting it to be something on my end. Any tips on how to solve this?

Can you share a screenshot? What version of iOS and the app are you running?

After your comment I went and updated my iPhone to 16.4.1, and this resolved the problem.
