Unable to boot system but SD card does not seem damaged

Hi everyone,
This morning when I woke up my home assistant running on a Raspberry Pi 3 was unresponsive, so i tried rebooting multiple times with no success.
I removed the SD card and mounted on a Linux PC and it seems readable, so I guess it is not a SD card fault?
However, the “disk” partintion is indicated as 100% full. Last time the system was accessible was a few minutes before the daily automated snapshot, so I wonder if this might just be a “disk full” issue.

Is there anything I can do on the SD card to identify the problem before I trow it away and recover the last backup?

Thanks

If the card is full you could try copying off all your backups, ( double check this! ) then deleting them on the card to make space.

yeah that’s exactly why I thought it could be useful to mount the SD on a PC, but I couldn’t see the directory with the backups…
However, today I got a new SD card and went through the process of restoring the last snapshot: amazing how easy and quick it is to get a working system back! Also all the addons were recovered and working as normal!

Thanks anyway
