I have a subscription to Nabu Casa and I have configured remote access, with the application I have no problem connecting but when I connect with the browser by clicking on the link in Nabu Casa I am presented with the HA login page but after a few seconds after entering my correct credentials I am shown the message “Unable to connect to Home Assistant” “Retrying in X seconds…” and if I immediately try with Retry now in Home Assistant I receive the error

I don’t understand what the error could be, I have a dynamic IP, I use no-ip but it is not configured anywhere as external access also because I am behind a firewall that has no ports open from the outside except for a VPN that I use to connect to other servers.
