That’s not the log file. That’s the OS DMESG.
It looks like you have a corrupted SDCard.

what about the power supply,I have used a cheap one.

How’s that working for you?
Power supply is according to the lead dev the most critical component. It isn’t how much it costs per se, it’s if it supplies the required power output. For a Pi3, that’s a minimum of 2.5A. If inadequate, it can easily corrupt the SD-Card.
I don’t understand people skimping on this.

I am using the recommended power supply it’s 5V 2.5A.
