EDIT: solved thanks to u/justabasement! - If you have multiple devices under the same integration you will see a device scroll list. You need to click the item from the list… then three dots then delete.
I am trying to delete my Shelly integration, but the integration card does not show the three dots in the lower left-hand corner like my other integration cards do. The card only shows a long list of my devices and I cannot see the settings icon even once I’m scrolled all the way down. See below for pictures:
