I have just updated to core-2021.3.3. After restarting HA I can not longer edit my lovelace, other than to create or delete views and move existing badges from one view to another.
I am unable to edit existing cards or add new ones!
Is this because your theme is hiding the edit bar at the bottom of the card?
Try the default theme.

I managed to fix it but clearing cookies in my browser!
