"Unable to find service switch/turn_off" on startup

I see this error when HA starts up:

Sun Oct 14 2018 15:11:16 GMT+0100 (British Summer Time)
Unable to find service switch/turn_off

Double checked all my automations and everything is working fine. Where else can i check to find out what is causing this?

This is still happening - I wonder if there is some additional tracing I can switch on to work out where this is happening ?
