Unable to get Groups created by of Lovelace UI in API

Hello, I am trying to create an app where I am trying to get the API and get all the groups available. But seems like hassio API don’t share groups created through Lovelace UI. Is there any way I can get this?

Any possible way through template or automation or something!

Looking forward to get this app ready soon! Someone have any experience with this, then please do let me know. Eagerly waiting to get a solution for this.

When you say you’re creating groups in the UI, how?

Other than service calls, there’s no UI support for creating groups built into HA.
