Unable to install alexa_media add on

I have 2 factor authentication turned on on one of my icloud accounts and off on the other. when alexa_media is added, there is a notification to verify the captcha for each account. This works perfectly with the account that does not have 2 factor authentication…but when I enter the captcha for the other account, I get a message that the account can’t be found. I have entered the userid/pw for each account accurately and I have tried the accounts one at a time. The alexa_media integration just does not handle 2 factor authentication. Note: Apple no longer allows you to turn off 2 factor authentication if you have it enabled)

Can someone get me around this…

Alexa does not use iCloud. It uses Amazon account.

The Alexa media player can only access a single account.

Thanks…you solved my dumb user error problem…but the alexa app does support mutliple accounts…there’s even an example given.

I’m wrestling with getting both alexa and icloud3 working…thus the confusion.
