Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js.; Observer disconnected?

Getting error: Unable to load the panel source: /api/hassio/app/entrypoint.js.

when I try to open Node-Red, Studio Code Server, Terminal, File Editor, other add-ons…

When I try to go to Settings/Add-Ons or Settings/System/Storage I get this message: Could not load the Supervisor panel!

When I go to http://homeassistant.local:4357/, I get:

Home Assistant observer
Supervisor: Disconnected

There was no precipitating event that I am aware of, this started ~2 weeks ago. HA automations are still working but node-red is not, and obviously not being able to access Add-Ons or backups is not ok.

What is going on and what should I do to fix this?

Thank you for moving this to the appropriate “add-on” subcategory.

From Discord I read this could be caused by disk errors or disk full, disk is only 35% full per df command in terminal.

Also read this could be fixed by reboot. Restarting or rebooting through interface did not fix it. Hard reboot (holding down power button until laptop turned off) appears to have fixed it.

Will reply here is the issue reappears.
