I have this obsolete plugin in HACS and I cannot get rid of it, uninstall just stuck in an infinite loop
Is there another way to remove it other than the HA UI since that doesn’t work?

Are the files of the plugin already deleted perhaps? What you could do is try reinstalling and then removing.
I have the same issue with the vertical-stack-in-card plugin. It just won’t uninstall.
I tried re-installing and I tried deleting the files from the www folder and restarting, it still won’t go.
UPDATE:
Found the answer " You can remove it from .storage/hacs.repositories then restart HA."
Nice one, that did it but I am seeing this in the logs now over and over.

I found more references in hacs.installed, hacs.removed and in lovelace_resources, deleted them all and it is gone for real now

In the previous HACS versions you could also uninstall a repositoy. Now it seems that you can only add new one or update existing. Or the feature is hidden. Also there is no documentation how to remove things (not HACS itself, which is documented). A tip is welcome
