Unable to see Aqara Zigbee Devices in Home Assistant with M3 Hub

I have looked and can’t seem to find the answer. I recently setup home assistant and an Aqara M3 hub. I have multiple zigbee devices and Matter devices from Aqara. The Matter devices are showing up in Home Assistant but the Zigbee devices are not. how do I get the zigbee devices that are connected to the M3 hub to show up in Home Assistant? All the devices are linked to the aqara m3 hub and working in the aqara app. just not sure if I am missing something or what…I am fairly new to HA.

Aqara m3 hub connected to HA but not all device under M3 gets connected

Hi all, I have an issue with the aqara m3 integration with home assistant. I managed to connect m3 to home assistant, most of the integration automatically populates. It comes in under the m3 hub There’s some items missing and particularly both H1 20amp water heater switches did not appear on home assistant. Is there a way to connect them through the hub? Or is there a way to connect them at all. I tried repairing the switch to the m3 hub but made no advancements I also tried re-pairing the e…

Thanks for the response. I guess Aqara’s “Works with Home Assistant” certification is more like a “Kind of Works with Home Assistant” certification. I’m going to send this M3 back.
