Unable to unlatch Nuki Smart Lock go

Hi Everyone,

I have a Nuki Smart Lock go and integrated it via matter over thread to home assistant. I have no nuki bridge as I am Using a ZBT-1 for thread. The connection process to home assistant worked fine, but I only have the ability to Lock/Unlock the door in home assistant since there is no function for opening/ unlatching the door.

I am surprised since of course the opening works through the nuki app and google home. Am I missing something? Why is there no option to open the door?

What entities does the device have now?

these cover all function

I also just noticed that it’s entity is lock.smart_lock_go. I assume the “lock” entity does not allow to unlatch? But I can’t figure out the settings to change it to something else. Thanks!

If you click smart lock, youll have 2 options. The button on the bottom Will show “offnen” i suppose. Click it

Interesting. Now i do recall a setting in nukiapp to allow lock unlock through mqtt. Possible that matter has similar toggle?

In the nuki app you have to say your door is inside handel and outside bar.
That will unlock unlatch entity.
(I know, it sounds strange. But it is)
