Unable To Update From 0.100.3

Good Afternoon everyone.

Been trying for weeks to update Hass.io
Looked at everything else on the site and tried everything i have found !
Can anyone help me as i dont no where to go from here:

do you have api_password: anywhere in your config? Comment it out if you do.

Same issue here: can’t update from 100.2. It does download but installation never finishes and the old version is put back. Why? Log doesn’t tell.
