Unavailable Tuya devices

Hi everyone,

I have a lot of devices in Smart Life using Tuya. I have connected my Tuya/Smart Life account to HA and I could use all the devices, but for some time now near all devices are now Unavailable in HA.

I have reconnected my Smart Life account, I have restarted and check logs and there is nothing odd.

What is happening? Why can’t I use the devices, they are connected to HA but they are unavailable.

Have you checked the entity IDs associated with your devices? They may have been duplicated, in which case the new ones will have the suffix “-2”.
