Understanding Dashboard

Dear all
I totally new with Home Assistant and would like to understand first in general how the dashboard and the groups work.
My first question is:
Where does such a group come from and how can it be delteted or modified.

This is a Shelly Dimmer and I cannot find any relation to “Garden” anymore.

Depends what kind of card this is. It looks like an entities card, in which case Garten is just an optional title defined in the card. It’s just a label and doesn’t represent an actual group entity.
