Unifi Camera and Nabu Casa Cloud Alexa integration

Hello there,

I have some troubles with my combination of Unifi Cameras and the Alexa integration from Nabu Casa.

The problem is, that I can expose these cameras to Alexa via Nabu Casa Cloud or directly via Alexa Integration from Home Assistant, but if I say: “Alexa, show me Camera Entrance” then the display shows an loading screen and runs into a timeout “camera does not response”.

The Unifi cameras are integrated with the Unifi Integration and a lokal user from the Unifi system. The RSTP streams working in Home Assistant. I’ve tried the low, mid and high resolutions… unfortunatelly without success.

Any advice here or successfull integration with this combination?

Hello, I came here to ask the same questions, as I am having the same troubles. The cameras were working, but they stopped. I can see in the logs : Amazon Alexa sent command Alexa.CameraStreamController/InitializeCameraStreams for Doorbell
5:34:20 PM - 4 minutes ago - Home Assistant Cloud

However, it always times out. I have tried several times starting over using different streams, including the “insecure” tagged streams.
