Hi, I use the unifi integration for device tracking. Everything working as expected. But now I reset my phone to factory settings and connected it to the unifi controller but now I can’t find the device tracker.
is there any possibility to completly delete the mac adress or does anyone know how to solve the problem?
If I change the MAC Adresse to random, then I can see a tracker for the new MAC Adress, so I think its an issue with the MAC

Turn off random MAC Addresses on your phone, and use a static IP address in your router DHCP configuration, and your devices should be found far quicker.

Did you do an update and a full power down and restart of your router, HomeAssistant server, phone, and associated devices?
Yes, I also created a new hub but everytime the same. Before I made a factory reset it was working fine. Is there a possebility to remove the complet service and set it up completly new?
