When using a “Time in seconds from last seen until considered away” setting of anything less than 30 seconds, when HA first starts and the device is already connected, the device will repeatedly bounce between home/away in HA until the device is disconnected and reconnected to wifi, at which point it works as expected. This problem repeats any time HA is restarted.
