hello. My UNifi Protect Intergration is telling me ‘failed setup, please retry’ since my router upgraded to v3.1.15 and unifprotect to 2.8.35. Was working perfectly for months.
Not really sure what to do, I tried reloading it and restarting HA, with the same outcome.
I doubt Protect 2.8.35 is the issue as I’ve been running it for several weeks.
What version were you on previously for the router - and what model?
Have you checked logs on the unifi end, status of the local user used by the integration?
Hello. My UNifi Protect integration has been reporting me since my. “Installation failed, please try again”.
UCK G2 Plus upgraded to v3.1.16 and unifprotect to 2.9.16. Worked perfectly for months.
I also have HA upgrade 2023.9.2
I tried reloading it and restarting HA, with the same result.
and I also looked in the HA log, it indicates that there is an error
Have a search on here, there’s other posts about it. Basically EA versions aren’t supported, 2.9.16 is EA. You need to downgrade it to be compatible with HA again
