UniFi reinstall hanging

HI Team

I’m a bit stuck and need some help.

Running:
Home Assistant 2022.7.2 Supervisor 2022.07.0 Operating System 8.2 Frontend 20220707.0 - latest

UniFi as Addon - needed to be updated, so I did the update, from the ‘Unifi add-one’ it said fine, and the log that is was running. When launching the web interface for the controller, it said the Database was migrating. I left it for a couple of hours. No change. I have tried to restart the add-on, HA, server. It has plenty of disk space. But continued to say it migrated the database.

So, restored my HA setup from Backup, tried again with same result.

Restored again (thanks for backup  New plan - to remove the Unifi add-one. Add new one, that is updated, and ‘import’ configuration. So did Unifi backup. Did ‘uninstall’ of Unifi add-on.

And then we are at this problem.

The Addon UniFi Controller said it uninstalled. But looking at the list of ‘Add-ons’ it his still listed here.
Opening the UniFI add-on it says ‘Error fetching add-on info: Addon is not installed’ - makes sense.

If I select ‘Add-on store’, go to the section ‘Home Assistant Community Add-ons’ I can see the ‘UniFi Network Application’, which is marked as installed. If I open it, it says Error fetching add-on info: Addon is not installed’ .

I have restarted everything a few times. Still same result.

So, how do I move forward  I do have good backups, so I can get back to the place where I have an old UniFi running. But I would like to get it updated

Thanks
/Joern
