I currently have 2 HA systems as I want to move from one to another, basically the config of both “should” be the same however in the new system I have noticed that on my entities cards the unit of measure is not showing.
Have done some digging around the internet and have checked one of the entries which is displayed below.
My understanding is that the device_class and unit_of_measure is what you need to be able to have them displayed.
When I go into the settings of the entity I do expect to see the unit_of_measure as well but I do not. It does appear in the other working system. From the internet I understand this should show automatically when the uom is defined.
Right now I’m not sure what is missing as I have looked around in both systems. Both systems have all the latest software installed both on HA level and HACS related installs.
