Unity or Everything Presence One

I am eager to deploy some presence sensors and see lots of praise for both the Unity and the Everything Presence One.

Does anyone see one device being better or more desirable than the other?

While Unity is a bit cheaper (Unity: $39 + $7 case + $5 stand +$6 shipping vs. EP1: $64 + $8 case/stand + $16 shipping), the difference is minimal.
