Universal Zigbee hub/usb dongle

What is good not cloud based zigbee hub/usb dongle for adding zigbee devices to Home Assistant. I have hass os in raspberry pi4. I have philips hue hub and different brand lights work but cant connect different brand sensors.

Welcome!

All Zigbee is a local network by design. All Zigbee dongles are therefor local by design. Many people use a USB stick but some with a Pi use a plugin device that uses the GPIO pins like this.

One advantage of a USB stick is that you can use an extension cable to locate the antenna further away from the server.

Pick ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT, then pick a stick they support (which largely means something CC2652 based).
