"Unknown error occured" when installing integrations

I tried installing a few tracking integrations, but all of the installations fail with this “Unknown error”:

Happened with both Traccar and OwnTracks. Not all integrations installations are broken though. I’m able to install the Google Travel Time integration, or at least get to the initial configuration screen.

I’m on the latest core-2021.9.7 of Home Assistant version. I do have hacs installed if that matters.

What does your logs say? There should be some more information there :blush:

Did you find a solution? I’m running into the same problem and the error does not show up in the logs.

I have exactly the same problem - anything that requires a cloud connection will not install.
