Hi,
Yesterday my SkyConnect zigbee coordinator stopped working properly. It went from perfectly managing 100+ devices to a complete disaster suddenly. It still reads zigbee sensors normally, but any command (eg. Switch of light, turn on switch, etc), whether via automation or manual command, is not executed, or sometimes only after 15-20 minutes. Commands to wifi devices do function properly, so the problem doesn’t seem to be with home assistant itself (processor and memory load are both only 15-20%).
What I’ve done so far:
- Rebooted HA multiple times
- Restored various back-ups (up to 2 previous versions of HA) - both with and without re-update to latest version
- Flashed the Zigbee coordinator.
The result is always the same: super slow / unresponsive control of all zigbee devices. I tried adding new zigbee devices as well, but in the process they get stuck at “configuring”.
I looked at the logs, but nothing stands out as far as I can tell.
Is this a familiar problem? Is the SkyConnect coordinator broken perhaps, or might there be something else at play?
