Unsupported domain while uploading Blueprint

Hi,

I’m new to Blueprints (and HA) and I wanted to use this URL:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/imparatorr/0-op-de-meter/main/template/p1_netto_vermogen.yaml

and got this response:

No idea what went wrong… Is my Linux-server blocking traffic to this URL? Not impossible but unlikely…

That’s a template blueprint, and I think you might be using the import feature from the blueprints in the automations area, which probably doesn’t handle importing template blueprints.

I haven’t used template blueprints but I think they are yaml only, I would double check how you are supposed to import template blueprints, it may be through some other mechanism.

It looks like you have to manually install it in your filesystem, not using the UI:

The UI importer does import Template blueprints, but they don’t show up in the list with the script and automation blueprints.

The blueprint is importing fine for me, the fact that you are getting an “Unsupported domain” error makes me think that you could be running an older version of HA.
