So am planning on moving away from my HUSBZB-1/prepping for a possible failure… both my networks are pretty solid so as I write this I am questioning how I am contemplating moving both networks while they are still working well… but anyway…
If I have an HUSBZB-1 plugged in and in use for the Z-wave chip… and the Zigbee chip is not actually in use by any software (bellows, etc) does it still output a signal? I was concerned it would somehow interfere with the new Zigbee mesh, but if it’s not actually connected software-wise does it output anything or does it need bellows/zigpy etc to tell it a channel and what not before it even turns on the radio?
