I am new to HA and started to with add-ons.
The ‘SSH & Web Terminal’ tells me there is an update available … how do I update add-ons manually?

In supervisor open the addon and tap update.

There is only a switch ‘Auto Update’ … but I want to manually update

Leave the auto update switch off. When an update is available you will see something like this:
