I had alway problems with updating my HAOS. Restarting the RP helped but now I cannot update anymore.
I have Home Assistant Core 2024.12.4 running and the version 2025.1.2 is available to install. After starting the update I wait for more then 30 minutes but still the running indication keeps spinning.
The system is not available and only switching off and on helps to get it running again. The update is still not done.
Has anyone an idea about this?

Same here. Restart is not helping.
Also I just noticed I am not able to update anything. The spinner is just spinning.
Also I wanted to try if that is DNS issue but also I cannot edit DNS cause spinner is spinning…
A SSHed to Hassio and triggered command “core upgrade”
It upgraded successfully and then it was starting like for 15 minutes but it is working no 
Same here. Never had issues updating before, and restarting also doesn’t help.
In my case update starts, HA goes “offline” for sometimes hours. Then comes back and is still on the old version, in my case 2024.12.3.
The same hanging happens when when I run ha core check on the CLI. Any clues?
