Hi,
I’m getting this error trying to update my RaspberryPi4 to 2021.9.7 from 2021.9.6:
21-09-20 15:01:15 ERROR (SyncWorker_0) [supervisor.docker.interface] Can't install ghcr.io/home-assistant/raspberrypi4-64-homeassistant:2021.9.7: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/images/create?tag=2021.9.7&fromImage=ghcr.io%2Fhome-assistant%2Fraspberrypi4-64-homeassistant: Internal Server Error ("received unexpected HTTP status: 503 Service Unavailable")
21-09-20 15:01:15 WARNING (MainThread) [supervisor.homeassistant.core] Updating Home Assistant image failed
What’s up? How to get around it?
Thank you very much,

Had it myself. I retried 10 minutes later and the update worked.

Im still having this issue. Havent been able to update since 2022.2.6
Can't install ghcr.io/home-assistant/qemux86-64-homeassistant:2022.2.9: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/images/create?tag=2022.2.9&fromImage=ghcr.io%2Fhome-assistant%2Fqemux86-64-homeassistant: Internal Server Error ("Get "https://ghcr.io/v2/": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)")
Having a similar issue. Getting connection refused:
Update of Supervisor failed: Can't install ghcr.io/home-assistant/amd64-hassio-supervisor:2022.03.5: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.41/images/create?tag=2022.03.5&fromImage=ghcr.io%2Fhome-assistant%2Famd64-hassio-supervisor&platform=linux%2Famd64: Internal Server Error ("Get "https://ghcr.io/v2/": dial tcp: lookup ghcr.io on [::1]:53: read udp [::1]:51737->[::1]:53: read: connection refused")
Connection refused instead of unavailable. If I visit https://ghcr.io/v2 I receive unauthorized, authentication required.
