How about making an “Update Selected” function in addition to “Update All”?
I, for one, have 40+ of ESPHome devices, and updating all of them at once takes a lot of time, and sometimes some of them fails updating for various reasons. It would be very helpful then to have the possibility to update only some of the devices instead of updating all them again or one by one.
