Updater: Add link to github changelog

The Updater only shows a link to the release notes of the major updates.
It would be nice to also have a ready-link to the github changelog for the minor versions (e.g. https://github.com/home-assistant/core/releases/tag/0.108.4).

For the more technical minded, checking the changelog allows to foresee points of attention.

The minor releases are always documented in the release notes of the major updates, under the notes for the major update.

Ah, correct.
Still a direct link to those would be welcome, imho, considering the amount of scrolling to get there.
