Updating from 0.57.3 to 0.58.1 not working

I finally found some time to update from 0.57.3 to the current release.

The update completed successfully, but when I go to run Hass again, I get this huge error message:

I can’t pinpoint the specific problem from this and google is failing me as a result.

I’m running this on a Windows Server with an Ubuntu VM.

any suggestions are welcome but in the mean time I’m going to roll back to 0.57.3!

I had similar issues and had to go back to 57.3 until I found a solution. I haven’t been using the python virtenv. I set up a test server to update with very little configuration. It failed as well. I set up the virtenv and things updated just fine. I haven’t had time to work out why.

The fix is to remove all files/directories starting with aiohttp from the deps/ folder.
